Lost and Missing in Indian Country will ONLY give out family contact information to a verified law enforcement agency, for them to contact family in order to follow up on a case. NO family contact information will be given to any other agency, without the permission of the said "family" AND after clearance from the administrator of Lost and Missing in Indian Country.

Lost and Missing in Indian Country releases contact information to official Criminal Justice Agencies as it pertains to missing person cases.

Official Criminal Justice agencies may include the investing law enforcement agency, the National Center for Missing/Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the National Missing and Unidentified Person System (NamUs).
